    We will support the development of a framework and criteria for social value, giving substance to the concept and supporting Councils with the tools to ensure better local social and economic outcomes.

The Priority Account Service is an early payment scheme for businesses that supply goods and services to Rochdale Borough Council. The programme helps businesses get paid quicker, improving their cash flow and generating additional income for the Council.
