3.30 pm – Coaches will be provided from Pop Recs CIC to Hylton Castle
3.45 pm – 5.30 pm – Visit by coach to Hylton Castle and Bishopwearmouth Cooperative
6.30 pm – Welcome Reception at The Fire Station – drinks, hot meal and entertainment
8.00 am – Refreshments are available and the Exhibition opens at the City Hall, Sunderland
8.30 am – Annual General Meeting
10.00 am – Conference opens
4.30 pm – Conference closes
