All members are invited to get involved with one of this year’s exciting Policy Labs, ‘Democratising Policy Solutions’ which is being led by Rochdale Borough Council.
A group of local authorities and affiliate members have come together to build on a previous policy prototype, which developed a toolkit for cooperative community engagement – see more.
This Policy Lab takes that toolkit one step further and develops our collective learning around the theme of engagement by coming together in shared participatory spaces.
Our approach is experimental and very participative. People with lived experience will be coming together with policymakers, affiliates and those working in services to develop cooperative delivery models. In doing so, we will learn more about the realities of cooperative engagement by sharing our insights and experiences together.
