Tickets for the Playground for the New Economy Festival are on sale now!
CCIN is proud to be a co-sponsor of this year’s three-day event, which includes ten FREE places for Member Councils (excluding accommodation, travel & subsistence).
Join Stir to Action at Selgars Mill in Devon 12-14 July for three days of panels, workshops, open space, virtual reality experiences, sustainable food, and live music. Back for its fourth year, the festival brings together a unique and diverse line-up of contributors – practitioners working in their field – offering provocative ideas about, and innovative alternatives to, the current political and economic landscape.
The Festival is held in an interactive and beautiful setting and encourages a broad range of community groups, third sector organisations, and democratic businesses to explore new approaches to economic inequality, climate emergency, and ecological crisis.
Please contact Nicola Huckerby at comms@councils.coop to secure a free place.
Accommodation can also be booked at https://www.stirtoaction.com/residentials/festival-accommodation-2022 – please note accommodation will not be discounted. Accommodation options on the website include double, twin, and triple rooms in the Mill, as well as glamping options in Bell Tents!
