CCIN funded Policy Lab projects 2025

The Executive Oversight Committee and Values & Principles Board met on Wednesday, 19 March to consider Policy Lab and Prototype Bids for 2025. Five Policy Lab Bids were received. Three projects stood out as worthy of Policy Lab funding, and the remaining two have been asked if they would consider working together to submit a further Bid.

Members are now asked if they would like to participate in any or all of the three supported Bids.  These were:

  1. Collaborative Approaches to Post-16 Transition – Led by Manchester City Council
    Full Member Partners: Birmingham City Council, GMCA, Liverpool City Council, Oldham Council, Tameside MB Council
  2. Treating Care Experience as a protected characteristic and demonstrating social, financial and economic impact in the delivery of council services to achieve positive outcomes for Care Experienced individuals – Led by Swindon Borough Council
    Full Member Partners: Manchester City Council, Tameside Borough Council
    Affiliate Member Partners: Social adVentures
  3. Faith, Young People & Resilience: Understanding the Past, Strengthening Cohesion, and Preparing for the Future – Led by GMCA
    Full Member Partners: Bury Council, Oldham Council, Trafford Council, Wigan Council
