CCIN 2023 Workshop 6: The Role of AI in Building Stronger Communities

This workshop will explore AI’s potential opportunities and risks and how to start thinking about these as a council.

This workshop will consider what has driven the advancement of AI in recent years/months and how this might continue.

We will set out a useful framework within which to assess your organisation’s AI maturity in terms of customer-facing, back-office, and data analytics use cases.

We are delighted to be joined by Newcastle City Council who Mutual Ventures are supporting to develop an AI Strategy. Newcastle will talk about their journey to date and the areas in which they feel AI will have the maximum impact.
