CCIN 2023 Workshop 4: Using platforms to engage with local community organisations

In South Tyneside, community organisations, the Council, the Integrated Care Partnership and GP surgeries are all now working on the same platform, working to address common issues across the Borough, and collecting real- time data on their impact. Led by Inspire South Tyneside, this project has enabled a much greater understanding of the valuable work done by the sector as a whole.
