About the project

Summary of project idea

The Billingham Community Health and Wellbeing Hub aims to support local residents by creating a collaborative space where essential services converge. This hub will partner with healthcare providers, financial advisors and training organisations to offer comprehensive support tailored to the community’s needs.

What are the three key outcomes this project will achieve?
  1. We aim to increase the number of residents accessing support services by 50% within the first year of operation. We will measure success through usage statistics and community surveys that track awareness and engagement levels.
  2. The hub will run regular community events and workshops, with the aim of reducing social isolation among residents. This will be measured through attendance records, feedback and surveys.
  3. We aim to see a measurable improvement in residents physical and mental health through the services offered at the hub. This will be measured by feedback on wellbeing initiatives and partnership assessments.
Regular monitoring and evaluation from all the services offered at the hub will ensure we can adjust our services to meet the needs of the community.
