CCIN Strategy 2018-20

Action so far:

• November 2017 – Birmingham City Council, Council House – Facilitated by Shelagh Everett from Co-operatives UK, 18 Member councils and members of our Governance gave direct input to a draft 3-year Strategy and Action Plan for the Network.
• January 2018 – Holyoake House, Manchester – a joint meeting of the Executive Oversight Committee and Values & Principles Board agreed the Outputs identified in the event report.
• September 2018 – The CCIN’s EOC agreed that the Values and Principles Board is asked to oversee the delivery of the Action Plan to ensure that the Values and Principles statements are being upheld and that a further Strategy session be organised for all Members to review the Strategy and see if it still fits
• January 2019 – City Hall, Bristol – Facilitated by Shelagh Everett from Co-operatives UK – session for all Members (Councils, Affiliates and Associates).
